Luísa Stehmann was born in Brazil. She started dancing with Ballet Cristina Vaz. After, in 2016, she trained for a year at the Bolshoi Ballet School in Brazil. In the following years, in Conservatório Mineiro de Dança she took part in various dance competitions in the country. 

In 2021 she moved to Geneva, Switzerland where she took part in the Area Jeune Ballet. There, she had the opportunity to dance works from Ken Ossola, Grant Aris, Blenard Azizaj and Francesco Curci and participate in various workshops with Noa Zuk, Bruno Guillore and Benjamin Lamarche.

In 2023 she joined the Delattre Dance Company. After, in 2024 she joined Nowaday Dance Company.
